Richard Laidler, Business Development. As a retired founder and agency principal of several of his own creative cooperative firms, Richard brings a unique blend of creativity and business acumen to the 2 Right Brain’s team. Over the past 25 years, Richard has mastered the art and science of marketing partnerships and client/agency match-making. His can-do attitude and ability to adjust his style to the skill level and commitment of others in any given situation makes him a natural born leader and network extraordinaire. Richard works closely with our creative leadership team on a full spectrum of marketing and development activities. He supports the business goals of the firm with strategic marketing and communications plans, best practice processes and improvements, and effective marketing team management. He regularly consults with team members throughout the firm to identify creative development opportunities and generate new marketing strategies to reach target audiences. Prior to joining 2 Right Brains, Richard lead the marketing and branding efforts for such notable clients as Frito Lay, Tetra Pak, Nestle, Kellogg’s, Hershey, and FedEx.
