Andrey Osiatynski, Lead Researcher and Account Planner, is president of Actionable Customer Insights, which offers traditional and online qualitative marketing and advertising research, as well as marketing consulting services. Before joining 2 Right Brains, Andrey served as VP Qualitative Research at Decision Analyst, Inc., where he developed and implemented online and in-person qualitative techniques and managed qualitative research. Andrey has more than 25 years in marketing/ communication research and consulting. He was a partner at Informations Psykolog AB, a marketing and advertising research firm in Stockholm, Sweden, Account Planner at Ogilvy & Mather/New York and Director of Account Planning at Meldrum and Fewsmith/Cleveland. Clients he has served include FEMA, US Patent and Trademark Office, Akron-Canton Airport, U.S. EPA, TCU, Robert Wood Johnson Foundation and Texas Health Resources. Andrey holds Filosofie Kandidat degrees in Psychology and Philosophy from Uppsala and Stockholm Universities. He completed his Ph.D. coursework in Psychology at the University of Stockholm and is fluent in English, Polish, Swedish and Russian.
